Company Limited «Arlite» was founded in 1994. It is situated in Kyrovskiy area in Donetsk. We provide a delivery service of rubber-fabric and rubber-rope conveyor belts as well as of belts on basis of Russian and European PVC. Till now we have been representing the interests of Polish plant “SEMPERTRANS ” in a deliver sphere of rope belts.

We had assessed our capabilities, gained experience and the perspectives of mining and smelting complex of Ukraine. After that we made a plan and started the project of building the RTP (rubber technical products) plant. We have been manufacturing our goods since 2007. The new enterprise which capacity allows to produce about 30 thousand square meters of the conveyor belt was built from a scratch. The most part of means was spent on the equipment and technologies. By the by the first as well as the last one were chosen very carefully. Task workers – the staff of the elastomers conversion department of the Dnepropetrovsk chemical-technological University were involved. As a result new European equipment found its place in the shops of the new plant. Highly intellectual equipment allows to automatize the whole technological process: starting with the weighing out of ingredients and rubber mixtures making and to covering of the belt core and rubberizing of the impregnated cloth. In fact the depth of manufacture processes’ automation is the main guarantee of output quality. The main but not the only.

Not less important factor that allows to reach an excellent output quality is the quality of feedstock and conditions of its storing. The plant Co Limited “Arlite” occupies an area of more than two hectares. On that area not only engineering buildings are situated but the unique stocking complex as well. Feedstock and stuff are stored with the observance of optimal temperature conditions (10-15C) and parameters of the relative humidity (70-75%). Meanwhile the cloths are stored on special shelves in special covers, strictly in horizontal position. To put it in simpler words – in conditions absolutely excluding cloths’ dirtying and sousing.

The quality of feedstock and of the output, its correspondence to the domestic, Russian and European standards such as DIN 22109, ISO 340 is controlled almost in the on-line way. The enterprise has a modern accredited laboratory which is occupied with the complex of stands and devices to realize the control at every level of conveyor belt manufacturing and to carry out the tests. Quite professional team works there, each member of it has a rich long experience in the area of development and testing the fabricated rubber products. Moreover, to improve the quality and competitiveness of output the system of quality management of the enterprise is being certificated now and checked against the demands of the International Standard Organization 9001:2000.

As a result “Arlite” conveyor belts differ from the others by extreme durability, cross elasticity, the resistance to impact, bending, and abrasive loads and besides that they “stretch out” very unwillingly so it excludes the necessity of multiple breaks for length regulation and belt butt.

Co Limited “Arlite” takes an active part in the development of service industries of Kyrovsliy area. This is building and starting of a washing complex and service stations, the starting of a computer club “Cyber zone”. This club was given a diploma within the program “Nine palaces” for the best interior. For today the administration of the club has already held the computer game competitions in which boys and girls from Ukraine, Russia and Byelorussia have taken part.

During five years we have been providing a sponsoring help to the child’s dancing group “Confetti” which is the prize winner of a great number of festivals which took place in Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria and Czech Republic.

We are also the sponsors of the music group “Li.me” which took the second place on the fifth opened festival of international youth culture “Young wave”.

 

We are also the constant sponsors of Greek-Roman style tournaments of the Honoured Master of Sports, winner of the World cup, champion of Europe Ruslan Hakimov.

Paying attention to the development of child-junior sport in our city we are working on the program of swimming school starting.
